What is your shipping method?

 

Shipping is based on your subtotal and how many Window Blankets you order. Get 7-10 business day delivery to your home, office, or dorm, anywhere within the United States, or select express delivery to get your order faster! Natural disasters and weather may effect the delivery process. We ship USPS.

How do I track a package?

 

We will email a tracking number to you once your package is sent.

What is your return policy?

 

Full returns within 7 days starting at the time the package is delivered to you. Merchandise must be returned in the same way as it was shipped with all components in the package.  As soon as we receive your returned item, we will refund the purchase amount to the original method of payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the return is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account. Damaged merchandise do to shipping will be replaced and shipping will be paid by us.  Custom orders cannot be returned because they are made specifically to your window measurments.

How does theWindowBlanket attach to the window?

​

theWindowBlanket attaches without any hardware or curtain rod.  However, it has 2" top and bottom rod pockets. A sticky back sill strip is attached to the top part of the windowsill and a fuzzy strip is sewn on to theWindowBlanket (like velcro) for easy peel off action.  Its so easy and convenient! The sticky back sill strip comes in black or white.  There is a tie that can be used two different ways to allow light to enter if you do not want to remove theWindowBlanket.  Order today !
